Can I cancel my registration after 1 or 2 tutoring sessions? Can I get back my money?

Yes you can cancel your registration after any number of your tutoring sessions. And we will reimburse you fully for the tutoring sessions that you have not used.

Can I cancel my registration after 1 or 2 enrichment classes? Can I get back my money?

You can cancel your class registration any time you want, before or after your child has attended any class sessions. And once you cancel your registration, all money you paid for the remaining class sessions will be fully refunded back to you. If your child has missed any class session for any reason, you will also be refunded 100% for what you paid for the missed class session.

I registered for an enrichment class and my child has attended the 1st class. But we have not received information to attend the 2nd class. Why?

The most likely reason is that you have only registered for a trial session but not the full class. You will not be considered registered for the class unless you register for all the sessions of the class.

Another possible reason is that you have not made enough payment through PayPal, and you are therefore considered only registered for the trial session.

Can I have a 2nd trial session with my tutor?

Every student is entitled to 1 trial session with any one tutor, which will be either free or only for a small fee. If you have used your trial session with 1 tutor and you are not happy with her/his service, we will try to find another tutor that can match your needs and you can have the trial session again.

Can I have a 2nd trial session with my enrichment class?

Every student is entitled to 1 trial session with any enrichment class. If you have used your trial session for 1 enrichment class and you are not happy with the teacher, we will see if we have another enrichment class that teaches the same subject at the same level for your child, and you can have the same trial session again. 

All trial sessions are either free for for a small fee. Each trial session is 30 minute.

My tutoring session was not helpful

If your tutoring session was not helpful for your child, or if you have a complaint to file about your tutor, please send an email to support@homesweetlearning.com. We will investigate and discuss with you for an alternative plan including cancelling the tutoring service, change to a different tutor, etc.
