How to Connect
Click "Connect to Audio" / "Call Using Computer" to connect to audio using your computer
Troubleshooting
1.Click "Test Computer Audio"
2.Select the right speaker hardware
3.Click "Test". If you can hear the music played, you are ok with the speaker.
4.Select the right microphone hardware
5.Say "testing, testing." If you see multiple green bars as you speak, you are ok with the microphone.
If you are sharing your desktop, or viewing a shared desktop, Click “Audio” to get to “Audio Conference” and “Test computer audio” windows
How to Mute and Un-Mute
1.In the “Participants” pane, click the mic icon beside your display name to mute or un-mute your computer audio
2.If you cannot find the “Participants” pane on your screen, click the “Participants” menu item on top of your screen to bring it back
